PEOPLE FIRST

Service is our bedrock

People-focused, bringing together and supporting increasingly diverse businesses and interests, shaping and enabling opportunities, investment, development and regeneration that creates and sustains a meaningful sense of community.

With stewardship comes responsibility

Connecting people with this special place, today surrounded by the richness of midtown and its lifestyle experiences - creating a sense of connection and belonging for all that work and visit here.

Responding to the need to better represent the interests of local landowners and occupiers, we were spurred in 2014 to establish the Chancery Lane Association, charged with enhancing the appearance and reputation of the street and our immediate surrounding area – a role now assumed by the Fleet Street Quarter Business Improvement District.

We embrace networks and initiatives that reflect our values, support our commitments and responsibilities for preservation and modernisation that create better places and spaces for our existing and future communities.

Protecting cultural heritage for future generations by maintaining and enhancing cultural diversity.

What good governance means to us.

We take our role as custodians of a rich heritage of cultural and architectural significance seriously. Our Board, collectively and individually, are a vital part of delivering on our responsibilities for preserving and maintaining the estate’s legacy, ensuring this important part of the city’s history is protected for future generations.

Caring about the impact of the property investment and management decisions we make.

Always considering the long term, and guided by our core investment pillars, our Board set and monitor the strategic direction of the business, ensuring the continuity and sustainability of the estate, balancing commercial interests with preserving heritage, maintaining a sense of place, promoting social cohesion and considering the needs of current and future occupiers.
