STEWARDSHIP
As stewards we’re responsible for the future
Committed to respecting and protecting the rich heritage and place culture of our estate and surrounding area, enhancing social value and building new communities – a mix of traditional and contemporary, established and emerging, commercial and independent businesses.
Conscious of the property investment and management decisions we make, our board sets and monitors the strategic direction of the business, ensuring the continuity and sustainability of the estate, balancing commercial interests with preserving heritage.

Protecting the long-term viability of our estate and wider area sits at the heart of our vision to support our thriving workspace neighbourhood, enhancing the offer through a variety of flexible models, footprints and lifestyle experiences, promoting continual evolution, relevance and prosperity.
Our future investment and development potential always considers collaborative opportunities for partners to support our long-term commitment and vision, together creating an inclusive and sustainable landscape.
Evolving heritage
Balancing preservation and modernisation. Our cultural heritage is important and we recognise innovative approaches are needed to protect it, championing responsibility and agility - demonstrated and driven through our three core strategic pillars:
Investing in the estate and its immediate surroundings, creating positive impact for people, place and planet.
Harnessing innovation and talent, supporting young managers and business founders through investment and collaboration, driving forward new business models and opportunities.
Investing in debt positions, providing stable income streams less affected by market fluctuations.
These are the foundations on which we assess strategic decisions, investments and opportunities.

Collaborative coordinated initiatives by long-term partners to grasp the opportunities of location and connections to realise ambition and create an inclusive, sustainable and prosperous shared landscape.
Sustainable responsibility
Through embracing connections, inclusivity, diversity and innovation in all its forms will we grow as a business, in turn enabling growth and opportunities for our occupiers, their teams, our wider stakeholders and our physical estate. Ensuring change is sympathetic to the area’s heritage and personality - having only a positive impact.
Embracing change for a better tomorrow – benefiting people, place and planet.

Leading by example
Committed to enabling positive impact without a footprint. Our investment in rapidly expanding B-Corp certified flexible all-inclusive workspace provider, Agora Spaces, supports balancing purpose with profit, driving sustainability and wellness initiatives across all areas of design, fit-out and operation.
Testament to its founding principle of environmental consciousness and echoing Colville’s commitment to service and partnership-led working, Agora is attracting a growing number of like-minded members, supporting its growth across the estate, with locations now in Quality House and Midway House.
